Job description
An exciting venture capital firm based in central London that invests in innovative start-ups is looking for an assistant to join the buzzy Investor Relations and Operations team. This is a dynamic and pivotal position for the company which would suit a candidate with previous PA/EA experience within finance.
Job Duties:
- Diary management and scheduling for partners and team.
- Sorting travel arrangements for partners and team.
- Investor outreach and management.
- Putting together presentation packs for investors and team.
- Data and compliance oversight.
- Supporting the planning and putting together of investor events and conferences.
- Managing the office and being the point of contact for the building management and company staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an assistant in a busy office environment.
- Ability to schedule multiple meetings, across different time zones, speedily and accurately using an electronic diary.
- A 'can do' and flexible attitude.
- Strong personality, combined with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Familiarity with all standard Office/software products, importantly, Word, Powerpoint and Excel Design skills desired.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English - effective communication skills both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and different topics effectively.
