Receptionist/Office Manager in a fantastic investment firm with beautiful offices in Chelsea. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior candidate looking for their first or second job.

You will join a welcoming and warm team, acting as both the face of the company and an administration assistant to the wider team.

Reception Duties:

Meet and greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer phone calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Arrange taxi’s and couriers for all office staff. Provide administrative support to various departments. Schedule appointments and meetings. Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members. Printing and binding.

Office Management:

Oversee office supplies inventory and order replenishments as necessary. Look after all utility bills for the building and external contractors as required, processing monthly invoices accordingly. Manage the archiving and keep all records updated. Manage office mobile phone contracts and upgrades when required.
