Since March many of us have been working from home, and while remote working comes with its own challenges one major benefit has been the time we’ve saved commuting. In fact, since coronavirus restrictions caused offices to close, it turns out that more than a quarter (27%) of UK adults have saved an average of an hour every day. And the figures show that the most popular new pursuit of UK employees is reading, with 26% using their extra time to make a dent in their “to read” piles. We’ve definitely been enjoying more books this year at Anderson Hoare and have loved swapping recommendations, below is a list of our favourite non-fiction books our team have read recently:
