Job description
We are recruiting for an Operations Team Assistant for a successful sustainable energy network based in central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll gain exposure to various operational functions, supporting senior leadership and wider teams.
Key Responsibilities Providing administrative and operational support to the team, ensuring processes run efficiently. Assisting with scheduling, diary management and travel arrangements. Supporting HR, finance and office management tasks as needed. Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes. Handling general enquiries and acting as a key point of contact within the business. Supporting sustainability initiatives and company projects. Maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Requirements 4+ experience in an administrative, operations, or team support role. Experience in the Energy sector is strongly desired. Very good organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment. Passion for sustainability and an interest in the renewable energy sector. Excellent in Microsoft Office.
Salary paying up to £45,000 DOE with hybrid working options available.
