Our COVID-19 Safety Strategy
Anderson Hoare’s COVID-19 safety strategy
The safety of our colleagues, clients and candidates is paramount to all decisions we make at Anderson Hoare, we acted quickly when lockdown was first announced, closing our office and switching to remote working and Zoom client and candidate interviews in early March. Adjusting our working style so early meant that we managed to continue as normal, with no affect to the service we provide. While COVID-19 has been a challenge, adapting our ways of working has in fact helped us to forge new and improved processes and working styles and also to offer a number of new services which you can find more details of here.
As the lockdown measures ease, we are working flexibly between our office in Sloane Square and remotely. However, while we are spending more time in the office than we were, there are a number of precautions that we are still taking:
• We have socially distanced our desks and capped the number of people in our office to 4 at any one time • We are conducting all candidate interviews via Zoom, if for any reason we need to meet with a candidate in person we are doing this at a convenient location away from our office • We are still visiting clients if they would like face-to-face meetings but for all other client interactions, we are using Zoom • We have launched a series of training Webinars with experts from across the assistant and coaching industries which we are hosting from our LinkedIn group, AH Insider. If you would like any details of these please email lottie@andersonhoare.co.uk.
With these precautions in place we are able to continue to deliver the same, exceptional level of service that we are known for and are proud of. We are living and working through a turbulent time and we’re aware that that can mean a number of changes within your workforce. Therefore, we wanted to reassure all our clients and candidates that we are still here and always at the end of the phone should you need any employment or recruitment advice or assistance.
