A private equity firm specialising in the renewable energy sector are looking for an Office Manager. The offices are based in brand spanking new plush offices based in the heart of Mayfair. The Office Manager position requires an individual who is highly organised, loves wearing any hats and happy to get stuck in. The Office Manager will be a naturally willing individual who is a fast-learner and has a proactive approach.

The duties for the Office Manager role involves overseeing the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the office, including dealing with incoming calls, correspondence, emails, post, scheduling appointments, booking couriers, ordering supplies, catering for meetings, managing contractors and facilities management.
