Luxury Jewellery company are seeking a French-speaking Events/Marketing Coordinator based from their flagship store in Mayfair. Paying circa £30-35k.

Key Responsibilities:

Press and Marketing: Liaise with our Press agency for all press-related requests and photoshoots. Help arrange press events in office. Creating in-house magazine advertisement. Liaise product photoshoots for new items. Creation of Bespoke boxes and pouches for all newly produced jewels Ad hoc creation of new merchandising New Showcases, trays New sales elements Arrange and keep track of all Jewellery certificates. Responsible for client mailing lists per country and send-outs. Events Projects to lead: PAD London, and any other jewellery shows. Organise pop up events (London, Istanbul, New York, Palm Beach, etc). Keep track of items in storage Daily support to Founder and back office

Skills Required: Highly organised High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion and judgement Ability to manage workload effectively, to meet deadlines and handle changing priorities Ability to work under pressure Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Good motivational skills and ability to work effectively in a team An extremely proactive and positive manner A strong work ethic Excellent Word, Outlook skills, Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint Fluent in French
