Team Assistant

An exclusive property company based in Chelsea is seeking a Lettings Team Assistant to join their successful and vibrant team. The role will be a 12 month contract and is a great opportunity for a hard-working Team Assistant to join one of London's leading property companies in their Lettings team.

The Role:-

• Organising and coordinating team events and socials
• Preparing new properties for marketing
• Dealing with letting enquiries for prospective and existing tenants.

The Candidate:-

• Must have previous administrative experience ideally in residential lettings
• Confident when working independently
• Highly organised
• A motivated individual with a 'can-do' attitude
