EA to Art Gallery Owner

We’re looking for an experienced EA to work for a renown gallery owner in central London, looking after him, liaising with his clients and assisting with all matters to do with the gallery and new business opportunities. This would be an amazing next step for someone who can think on their feet, has a go-getting, proactive attitude and is looking to progress their career and gain experience within the UHNW art world.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the principle’s work life and expected to represent him and be his eyes and ears where necessary. Tasks will include drafting documents, assisting with meetings, arranging travel, compiling research, and also helping with personal matters such as car admin and doctors’ appointments.

This role would suit someone who isn’t afraid of making decisions and won’t shy away from tough situations. Positions such as these are rare and can help propel an EA career and open up a myriad of opportunities. The salary is dependent on experience and will be in the region of £30-50K.
