With his passion for growing his business and the long term development of all in his team he'll quickly get you involved with both his own work (eg help develop relationships with his clients, both old and new, organise travel, correspondence plus full on diary management) but also give you a proper understanding of the various projects his team are working on.

If you're interested in developing a career in Digital Marketing this would be an ideal way in, he's always keen to develop talent, but equally, if you prefer a PA role within a great fun, creative team then this would also work very well.
