We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to start a new role asap and can commit to a three-month contract at a friendly, family-owned security company. You will be working within the Customer Service and Finance Operations team and must have experience with Sage X3, CRM.
Role responsibilities: • Answering customer queries by email related to finance communications such as statement and invoice runs and payment confirmations • Taking payments via phone using online sagepay portal • Setting up or advising on Direct Debits • Setting up or correcting account or customer details such as contact details, email addresses • Being able to explain invoices/credits/deposits and statements
To be considered for the role you will: • Have experience with Sage X3, CRM • Be a fast learner and able to puck up new system • Have experience of finance ledgers • Have excellent communication skills via phone and email • Have experience dealing with high volume calls and emails • Have the confidence and initiate to permanently resolve potential issues
