Job description

TEMPORARY OPPORTUNITY at an award-winning PR company based on reception. Hardworking, proactive and a creative flare is what the company is looking for in this reception role! The culture of the company is equally amazing as you can imagine it is very relaxed in a professional way. Working on Reception you will be an ambassador, in charge of booking couriers, meeting rooms, organising refreshments, answering calls, dealing with enquiries etc. (all very traditional duties in a creative setting!)

The ideal candidate will have previous reception experience, excellent telephone manner as well as a professional and personable approach. Strong IT skills is essential along with strong writing skills in order to take down accurate messages as required.
