A reputable, boutique, executive search firm based in the heart of London are seeking a Team Assistant who has InDesign experience, to join their successful and hard-working team on a maternity contract basis.
- At least 11 month maternity contract
- Meet and greet high profile clients
- Preparation of monthly expenses
- Ad hoc administrative duties
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- InDesign experience vital
- Highly organised
This maternity contract role is 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) and requires someone with high levels of energy.
