An incredible chance to join a leading hospitality service as Team Assistant / Operations Coordinator for a 3 month contract has just landed!
This industry leader is seeking an energetic and proactive individual to join them in East London ASAP! This Team Assistant / Operations Coordinator role will be 4 days a week on (8.00am – 8.00pm) and then 4 days off, on rotation.
As the Team Assistant / Operations Coordinator you will be assisting with the HNW clients, the day-to-day running of the business ranging from getting out and about to organise events, to attending meetings at a number of different sites, taking minutes, working closely with the team to work on company growth plans and a number of ad hoc admin based duties.
You will need to be well presented, energetic with a positive and proactive approach; excellent written and verbal communication skills along with multi-tasking and prioritise your work is essential! If you have experience in hospitality and events this will be a bonus!
