Receptionist in a Mayfair finance firm
A Receptionist based within Mayfair boutique office is needed to hit the ground running and work within a dynamic and hugely successful team. This front of house role will require the skill and finesse of an accomplished Receptionist who understands the importance of being the face of a company, always ensuring all visitors to these stunning offices are welcomed and looked after at the highest of level.
Covering reception within this finance firm based in the stylish Mayfair area will be a busy and varied role, constantly challenging the receptionist to always be professional, personable and highly efficient. The role will require an experienced receptionist who can provide front of house and concierge support whilst turning their hand to further admin duties such as managing the meeting rooms, oversee post, couriers and taxi bookings as well as booking travel and adhoc support as required.
The ideal candidate will have previous reception experience working within a boutique style firm, ideally within finance or similar professional services. Excellent telephone manner is essential to the success of this role along with a professional and personable approach. Strong IT skills is essential along with strong writing skills in order to take down accurate messages as required. A can do attitude and proactive approach to this role is essential.
