New HR / Human Resources Administrator required to join top creative firm!
This HR assistant role will be very rewarding as you will see your contribution to the business: watching individuals that you’ve hired build their career. The HR role will incorporate creating and running reports in HR system, coordinating new starter / leaver process and dealing with employee queries in relation to the HR system
*Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in an administrative role preferably in a human resources team or the completion of a Learning and Development course
*Initiative, enthusiasm and willingness to learn on the job
*Strong organisational skills
*The ability to juggle several tasks simultaneously
*An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
