Prioritize your tasks.
Get a pen and paper. Write everything single task you have to do. Put the most important tasks at the top. Do each task one by one. Not two at a time. Create deadlines so you don’t procrastinate. Once you have finished the task draw a line through it. This will show your progression through out the day. It will show you have one less task.

Everybody in their lifetime has been in that position where they just do not want to carry on. It is so important to keep a calm mind set. Remember to take a deep breath. Completing work whilst stressed will make your life harder. Believe in yourself you have got this! Take a few minutes to collect your thoughts.
