Perhaps you have recently moved. Maybe you have been with the business for too long. Maybe you want a new role that will challenge you. Making a decision to change job is a big step especially if your heading for your dream job. How do you get interviews? What role are you looking for? Will this role suit you? What type of industry fits you? And most importantly, what do you want?
Dream Job Checklist!
Success comes from hard work and determination. But also, knowing the right people. It’s down to you to create your own achievements. Be confident and make your mark. Introduce yourself to people who will be able to help you on your dream job.
Work with your recruiter
Getting a recruiter is so worth it if they really know what you’re capable off. Once they see what your made of they will then help you. If you are an extremely good candidate, they will help you with your battle to get your dream job. Tell them exactly what you want, ask questions and let them know you are determined. Be committed (and persistent)
If you fail, pick yourself back up. It’s what you do afterwards that shows what type of person you are. Don’t cry a river! So many successful people have failed and they picked themselves back up. If you really want this role, you will get it.

CV + Cover Letter
Spend time on your CV and cover letter. Make sure it is presentable and easy to read. Have it proof read by somebody else. You can even ask your recruiter to look at it. They will give you their honest opinion. Check out my blog on how to make your CV perfect.
